PassME (Original Edition)
PassME is a unofficial passthrough device designed by Natrium42 (based off of the first DS passthrough made by DarkFader). Allowing you to run and develop (unlicenced) code, programs and games. It redirects the DS to boot from the secondary GBA Cartridge slot allowing unofficially developed programs to run. The PassMe requires a commercial NDS cart (for authentication) and a GBA Flash cart to hold your DS programs.
When the DS starts, it begins communication with the game cart in the DS slot and after it has completed the authentication, the PassMe redirects the DS to the GBA port where homebrew code is run.
New firmware has been released for the DS (purchased after September, 2005) blocking the use of the original PassME, If you have a new DS firmware you need to get a PassME2 to bypass the new protection. The PassME CPLD is software updatable and can be reprogrammed into PassME2 using a jtag cable.

These clones are copies of the PassMe and are not recommended unless you are absolutely sure you have the old DS firmware.
